Accepted Insurance:

We accept many health insurance plans and offer a flexible therapy schedule. We work with people who have PPO plans that allow you to see out of network providers. As a special service, we will file your insurance claims electronically, so that you are reimbursed quickly.

Dr. Tamara and Dr. Mark participate with most Aetna plans.

DR. MARK ALSO PARTICIPATES WITH TRADITIONAL MEDICARE ONLY.
